Hydrocarbon Sensor For Exhaust Gas Wash Water Monitoring Oil In Water Analyzer

Efficiency is a key consideration for industries relying on water for various production processes. The Oil in Water Online Analyzer enables operators to quickly identify oil contamination issues, enabling prompt corrective actions. With instantaneous detection, unnecessary downtime, and production delays are significantly minimized. Additionally, this advanced technology aids in optimizing water treatment processes, reducing excess chemical usage, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Product Introduction

Commonly used oil-in-water detection methods include suspension, infrared spectrophotometry (unsuitable for low range), and ultraviolet spectrophotometry(unsuitable for high degree). Our online oil-in-water sensor uses the principle of fluorescence. Compared with several commonly used methods, the fluorescence method is more efficient and quicker and can be monitored in real-time.

The sensor has better repeatability and stability. A self-cleaning brush can be used to eliminate air bubbles, reduce the impact of contamination on the measurement, make the maintenance cycle longer, and maintain excellent stability for long-term online use. It can play an early warningrole on oil pollution in water. Suitable for oil quality monitoring, industrial circulating water, condensate, wastewater treatment, surface water stations, and other water quality monitoring scenarios.
